When contacting casino
support whether thru email or phone or live chat, it would be
extremely wise to always make sure you are in the right frame of
mind for what might be a frustrating experience which if not handled
with some diplomacy, can turn into a real nightmare for you.
Remember that although
support agents should be as nice and ready-to-satisfy as what you've
likely experienced in Las Vegas, that is sadly not always the case
on the net. When you run onto a support agent that has a threshold
on temper, you don't want to push them past that or you risk the
loss of your account and everything in it.
Regardless of what
you've been told or may think, the casinos online are pretty much
their own little dictatorship and they basically answer to nobody
but the fear of bad publicity and the loss of players due to it. So
if you start using bad language, cussing-out the support agent,
you'll likely find out without notice from the casino (meaning when
you try to log-in) that you've been locked out of your account and
then upon contacting them again to find out what is up? They will
either reply as such. Or not answer you at all, leaving you to
wonder what the hell is going on?
If you push things to
that point, it is unlikely that even myself (or another of my peers)
could ever get your account unfrozen, or the money in there returned
to you. Much as we'd maybe like to do that. Furthermore it
would also void my guarantee. I expect people to be congenial as
they should expect the same from me. Even if the support agent isn't
