Casino blacklists Online casinos share a "blacklist" which lists all the people that have ever tried to fraud a casino, or that have made a chargebadk. I cannot say as to whether you are given a second chance, or if you go straight on the blacklist with your very first chargeback, but I would bet on the latter. I do know that once your name has been added to the blacklist, that it is very hard to get off of it. If this has happened to you and you still would like to gamble, I suggest contacting the support of the casino that you either want to play at and try to work something out with them. You could try contacting the casino where you made the chargeback but you can bet they are going to want some kind of restitution for their troubles. If all else fails you might suggest to the casino that you could wait until the deposit has cleared and there is no way you could charge it back, and if you show integrity, then you will build trust with the casino and perhaps one day you will be able to again deposit and play without having to wait for the deposit to clear. But the best thing is an ounce of prevention. Don't make deposits you can't afford. One last thing, look for casinos using the same software to be the most likely to have access to the same blacklist.
