Cheating poker
rooms.
Why am I not surprised? It wouldn't be
because they have totally crapped on
affiliates? Yes, it would. And I don't
say that for self-serving cause. You can
almost always judge the true integrity
of a gambling establishment by that
measure because affiliates are usually
the first to get screwed and the last to
get paid. The two poker rooms caught
cheating are Ultimatebet and Absolute
Poker.
I am surprised that Ultimate
Bet and Absolute Poker got caught
however, and from what I have read it
was because of incredibly STUPID play by
those who had the edge. They played
nearly every hand ... one tournament
game showed the player had stayed in
through the flop for every single hand
but four! He ended the game with a
winning had of a high card of ten!, by
calling the other player's all-in
check-raise while drawing to a flush.
The cheating player at Ultimate Bet held
only the ten high.
For those not in the
know ... calling an all-in check-raise
for the game winning wager ... while
holding a ten high ... is something only
a monkey would ACCIDENTLY do ... or
someone who had inside information.
This writer thinks
that the head cheat at Ultimate Bet
and the head cheat at Absolute Poker
(perhaps one and the same or so it would
seem on the surface) should have
hired smarter cheaters! How incredibly
stupid and obviously greedy can anybody
get? Apparently this has been tracked
all the way back to Joe Norton, the
former Grand Chief of the Mohawk Tribe
which run the Kahnawake Gaming
Commission, and current part-owner in
both Ultimate Bet and Absolute Poker,
and that leads to the question of how
deep this all really runs? I will
address
questions about the legitimacy of
Kahnawake Gaming
Commission
in another article because its a whole
new can of worms with much further
reaching impact than just these two
poker rooms cheating players (btw: did i
mention it amounted to millions?).

cheating players.

Absolute Poker
cheating players.
One of those pages, AP, has a link to
the sixty plus pages of discussion that
went on about these two incidents and
the work that went into proving these
places were cheating. I've summed up the
stories on the pages the above two links
take you however, in case you'd rather
just read the jist of the story as
opposed to wading through the discussion
which is of course filled with shots at
just about anybody related to these
matters and then the propaganda slung
back through the means of shills and
well-intended-but-seriously-lacking-a-clue
honest players is also rampant.

$5.5 million jackpot paid!
Blackjack Ballroom
does it again!
Online casino pays out a staggering
$5,556,753.68 million jackpot. April '08. Klaus E., from Finland, bet fifty
cents on the progressive slot game called
"Mega-Moolah" and was stunned to see he'd
won the jackpot of over $5.5 million
dollars. This is the second time already
this year that someone from Finland has won
big at
BJBand I heard this casino just
paid out another $200k on yet another
jackpot besides these. This
place is HOT! |
