Rival Gaming and Irish Luck Casino and
the Progressive Win Scandal
Recently a Rival
Gaming powered casino called Irish Luck (not
listed here now or ever), ran a promotion
where they gave a bonus that involved
it must be played on their progressive game
"One Million Reels BC" at the maximum wager
thus making the player eligible to win the
progressive amount of over two hundred
thousand. However the promotion also had a
term that stated the player could not cash
out more than $375. This meant that if the
jackpot were to be hit that the difference
(which is most of the money) would then be ?
That was the big question
after the progressive jackpot was hit not once but twice
that same day (it is still unclear as to
whether the second winner was using the free
chip promotion therefore restricted to $375
cash out) but later the bulk of the
progressive jackpot was returned to the game
bringing it to somewhere around
225,000 at the time of this writing.
This was a very poorly
thought out plan by Irish Luck whether they
had evil intentions or were just plain
stupid, doesn't really matter. What logical
thinking person would have ever imagined
that had this scenario have happened that
the casino would get to pocket the money?
Crazy thinking if they
believed this wouldn't be brought out into
the light and beaten till all life was
extinguished. Even stranger is that Rival
didn't red flag the promotion right from the
start but it is conceivable that not every
promotion is run past a human eye or for
that matter if there is even a stringent set of
rules or requirements (that to soon change
after this incident I would suspect) but
regardless the intent the outcome is yet
another black eye to online gambling.
Rival Gaming
Owners of Casinos They license
There is rumor that some
of the casinos powered by Rival Gaming
software, are owned by the people who own
Rival Gaming. While I seriously doubt the
rumor is correct in all of its accusation,
there may be truth to some of it. This
remains to be seen.
If you are concerned
about playing at a casino which is owned by
the parent software company I have compiled
a list of casinos using Rival Gaming which I
am certain are not owned by the parent
software company.
Superior
-
offers $20 free no deposit bonus and a match
$100 bonus
SlotO'Cash
- offers
$100 match deposit and has several offers at
any given time which may be more attractive
to you. Please be aware that as I always say
... any time you accept a bonus it comes
with strings attached. Read the terms and
conditions completely before accepting any
kind of bonus offer.
I will
add to this list as I become certain of
other establishments.
I
remain confident all t he casinos listed on
this site will pay all legitimate withdrawal
requests and continue to offer my guarantee
as proof of my confidence. Personally I
understand the distaste for anyone who was
seeking to cheat the other progressive
players but this site as with all my sites
is first and foremost dedicated to providing
gaming establishments that will pay you when
you win. As such I will continue to list the
casinos currently listed until such a time
that is proven they did not treat a player
right (from this site: there are just too
many factors in what is going on at
other gambling guides and casino portals and
I can't keep up with every individual
situation. I can only base my judgment on
how I see players from my sites are treated
and of course of concrete evidence which is
often much more rare than would rumor or
hearsay have given impression. |
