The thing is that
everything on line is automated or most everything. When you stay within
the cookie-cutter form there is seldom a problem but get a little bit
out of the box and this sort of thing can be the result. (No I am not
happy about things being this way ... just dealing with reality).
To be clear, I find no
reason to blacklist or rogue the Rushmore casino group. In fact I'm
guaranteeing them that they will pay all legitimate cash-ins.
I realize there may have
been parties whom were totally innocent and didn't deserve the outcome
they received but I feel that any entity which does any sizeable
business is going to have situations where people walk away with a
complaint. It still remains unclear and unproven as to whether the
players in question were actually guilty which is certainly a good
possibility.
The company went as far as to provide
information much surpassing that of any other casino or gambling network
under similar conditions.
The bottom line for me is that the casino
seems sound, seems to be paying people and keep in mind that the choices
for USA players are very limited and this seems to be the better of
networks using the Realtime Gaming software.
