Online Casino Scams
This
is where the unethical online casino scams the unsuspecting player. They
call upon legitimate methods used by reputable casinos to twist the truth to
their benefit while avoiding the label of cheater or non-payer by hiding behind policy which was created to spot money launders. This can
go on for long period of time because of the circumstances.
Proof Of Identity For Online Casinos
Normally a driver's license and recent utility bill for proof of
residence (a copy of any credit card used to deposit may be requested
also) will suffice to satisfy the security team. As soon as you fax that
in to a reputable casino they will start the process of paying you.
Unscrupulous casinos will reply they didn't receive the documents in
legible form, but you won't get that message until you've written to ask
why your withdrawal wasn't processed?
A
cat and mouse game begins and there won't be any winning with that
casino if that is their plan. They'll run you around forever and usually
it ends with the player making that fatal mistake of using profanity or
threats but there are times when the player seeks out help from a
gambling guide such as myself.
Other online casino scams are less-likely to be encountered. The no-pay,
stall and frustrate till they go away, is the preferred strategy
in current times because of all the outs there are available to the
cheating casino.
Nobody to whom the casino has to answer will question them telling a
player that documents didn't arrive in legible form. Including eCOGRA,
the parent software provider nor myself. We're all going to tell you to
resend the fax because when a casino says something arrived unreadable,
you've got to give them the benefit of doubt.
Since there can be several documents there are as many chances a page
doesn't arrive in legible form. Keep in mind during all this that the
casino is not replying to tell you the documents you faxed didn't arrive
legible. You find that out after emailing support to ask about your
withdrawal's status?
A
lot of time passes and frustration grows as the days mature to weeks,
possibly months depending on how soon the player follows up on the last
time documents were faxed.

the web casinos by Bill Haywood. To save room, I will be
jumping over a few irrelevant words or sentences in this paragraph.
quote:
"....if they decide to keep
your money, they can. It has happened more than once."
he goes on to point out:
"...... E-casinos pay winnings because of
self interest. Their checks clear for the same reason that nickel bags
contain heroin and not baking powder: to keep people coming back." ......
and further down he goes on to say ...
"Some portals have even given awards to First Live,
which it proudly displays on its website. The awards are from:
AnteUp, WheretoBet, Gambling.com, the Prescription, PlaceyourBet, and
Gambling Registry." <skip to> ..."all but one failed to post warnings
about the place to which they sent thousands of people."
