What would be best
to do is to download a casino now so you can practice as you are learning:
the casinos listed on this site allow you to
play for free which is perfect for practice.
Print this page or keep this page on a separate window that you can
continually check back and forth while playing.
The casinos can also be played at any time
for real money. Most all give a bonus on your first deposit so you might want to
contact their support and ask if blackjack is allowed
to be played for the bonus. Some places let you and some will not,
it largely depends on what kind of promotion they're running at that
time.
blackjack betting
system is easy to remember and
will make you a *BIG winner
*(when you are winning) This strategy
follows the logic that although the casino absolutely has an edge in game odds,
meaning that statistically if you played the same amount of money each time,
even if you played perfectly, the casino would inevitably beat you. The
house has an advantage or they wouldn't be able to stay in business.
They are expected to win about 4 more hands out of a 100 than you, if you
play perfectly. (And very few gamblers achieve perfect play). So, the
idea is to win more when winning, and less when losing. Despite the
mathematical edge that falls to the house, the casino cannot control the
amount of a players bet. You may have noticed some casinos allow blackjack on
a 3 tier set-up , usually $1-$10, $10 - $50 , $50 - $100. This is
not to protect you! It protects the casino from someone with deep enough pockets
from going double or nothing until they break even.
Here's how I bet. I learned this from a book written by
a retired pit-boss.
The book belonged to my father, who I once saw on his desk a w-2 form from the
Horseshoe casino for $80,000. I know he never bet that kind of money out of his own
pocket. Only later, after finding and reading a book he had once owned,
did I understand he had caught a good roll and cleaned up. But if he had stayed
betting the same amount on every bet he wouldn't have won nearly that kind of money.
The book is called "How to Win" by Mike Goodman ( I do not
know the man and get nothing for mentioning his book, I thought you might like to
know). I have read a small library on gambling, learning to count cards ,
which I find only advantageous on two decks or less, and even then Lady
Luckcan show
her ugly side perhaps as punishment to those that would seek other means of winning
besides her.
His blackjack betting system is a bit more aggressive than what I recommend
so I've softened it slightly.
if lose = bet minimum and
start over process
1st bet- $5
if win = 2nd bet- go
double or nothing $10 is bet
if win = 3rd bet- now you have a total of $20 sitting on the table ,
take back your original bet of $5 and let the remaining $15 ride.
if win = 4th bet- take back winnings, which leaves $15 on table
if win = 5th bet- now you have a total of $30, take
back $10 and let the remaining $20 ride
if win = 6th bet- now you have a total of of $40
, bet it all and if you win take back $40 , letting $40 ride
if win = 7th bet- Keep betting a little more each time
while bringing back the majority of the winnings.
I have seen times when I had
rolled all the way up to the maximum wager ...
Good Luck!
