Black Jack Betting Strategy
Blackjack betting strategy
follows the logic of betting more when winning and less
when losing.
The casino
is expected to win about 4 more hands out of a 100 than you, even if you
play perfectly.
However
despite the
mathematical edge held by the house, the casino cannot control the
amount of a players bet so if you can manage to win the
big bets then let the house have the smaller ones it is still
reasonably possible to come away a winner on a fairly consistent
basis.
Betting Strategy that
works for nearly all versions of black jack games.
Here's how I bet. I learned this from a book written by
a retired pit-boss.
The book belonged to my father, who I once saw on his desk a w-2 form from the
Horseshoe casino for $80,000 (a lot
of money 30 years ago).
I know he never bet that kind of money out of his own
pocket. Only later, after finding and reading a book he had once owned,
did I understand he had caught a good roll and cleaned up. But if he had stayed
betting the same amount on every bet he wouldn't have won nearly that kind of money.
The book is called "How to Win" by Mike Goodman ( I do not
know the man and get nothing for mentioning his book, I thought you might like to
know). I have read a small library on gambling, learning to count cards ,
which I find only advantageous on two decks or less, and even then Lady
luck can show
her ugly side perhaps as punishment to those that would seek other means of winning
besides her.
His black jack games betting strategy is a bit more aggressive than what I recommend.
Just remember the more you go "double or nothing" without pulling anything
back, the quicker the possibilities for making big money. Choosing to not keep
a little back however, can lead to a quick end of your gambling session if you hit a
bad streak that lasts for an extended amount of time.
if lose = bet minimum and
start over process
1st bet- $5
if win = 2nd bet- go
double or nothing $10 is bet
if win = 3rd bet- now you have a total of $20 sitting on the table ,
take back your original bet of $5 and let the remaining $15 ride.
if win = 4th bet- take back winnings, which leaves $15 on table
if win = 5th bet- now you have a total of $30, take
back $10 and let the remaining $20 ride
if win = 6th bet- now you have a total of of $40
, bet it all and if you win take back $40 , letting $40 ride
if win = 7th bet- level off and keep winnings on $40 bets until $40 is
lost.
start over at $ 5
Good Luck!
